The cooking class includes both demonstration and hands-on aspects to encourage confidence in the kitchen!
This class is a 2 hour hands on and demo lesson with a maximum of 14 attendees. Participants will engage in hands on cooking in the kitchen for one hour.
ON THE MENU: Grass fed Beef Fillet, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs and Coffee Crusted Prime Rib will be cooked. The class will then taste 6 different Australian craft beers while eating the beef that they have cooked in the second hour.
Please choose carefully, as there is a $20 admin fee for any changes (apart from name of attendee) made to a booking up to 5 days before a class. No changes (apart from name of attendee) can be made less than 5 days before a class.

Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Aprons are provided. Closed shoes must be worn, preferably with solid soles and good grip.
Our classes are not suitable for spectators.
This experience takes place indoors and is therefore not affected by the weather.
Everything is provided, so you do not need to bring anything to the class, except a healthy appetite! There are rare occasions when the minimum class number of 10 isn't reached. In this instance you would be given three days notice, the chance to reschedule for a later date, or offered the opportunity to participate in one of our other great classes.
